Ultimate Healthcare Solutions is a consulting company committed

Program goals are:
A. To monitor proper medical treatment for the injured employee/party
while assisting with his/her successful and timely return to work.
B. To assist with cost containment of workers compensation
and liability claims.
We assist in overseeing all phases of medical treatment for the injured employee/party. To accomplish
this, our Rehabilitation Consultant assists in:
1. Evaluating appropriateness of treatment and compliance;
2.
Identifying and recommending the need for additional medical services/home healthcare as necessary;
3. Identifying
job alterations and light duty accommodations when appropriate; 4. Acting as an objective liaison between the injured
employee/party, physician, employer/insured, insurance carrier and the family; and,
5. Recognizing and helping overcome
anxieties and problems faced by the injured employee/party and family members.

Solutions assures proper and timely medical monitoring, and encourages the injured employee/party to focus on compliance with
the treatment plan and return to work. The savings generated from a monitored medical and rehabilitation program benefits
